A Live Meditation guided by Ki Karou with live music by Gabriel Logan Braun, traveling through the body's three centers of intelligence — third eye, heart, and gut — and linking them into one coherent, felt awareness. After settling into the breath and letting the body dissolve into the earth, you bring presence to your third eye, receiving whatever wisdom or knowing lives there. The journey then moves to the heart: your awareness wraps all the way around this organ — left edge, top, right side, bottom — encapsulating it in a field of attention until the heart begins to radiate out through the whole body. Finally you descend into the gut, breathing into the navel center and opening to gut intelligence. A bridging connection drawn between all three closes the galactic arc.
