A Ride the Wave practice that guides you to orient to your whole system — not just your physical body, but the energetic field that surrounds and moves with it. You begin by tuning into your breath and physical body, then expand your awareness outward to sense the space around you, what Mariane calls your energetic bodies. The practice asks you to let your attention fluctuate between all of these at once: breath, sensation, movement, and the space you inhabit.
