A movement practice with Ki exploring the living tension between space and contact. You begin by dropping attention into the vast, mostly empty space already inside your body — allowing yourself to feel what it is like to actually be in that space rather than just fill it. From there the practice opens outward, recognizing that the space within and the space around you are continuous, and that genuine contact with another person can only arise from a grounded sense of contact with yourself first.
The session moves into partner work, turning the internal inquiry into a relational one: how does space invite closeness, and how does real contact require that you remain rooted in yourself?
