A Ride the Wave class exploring the spiral as the fundamental pattern of nature — and of you. You begin with hands on your belly, feeling your own contact and letting your breath awaken from the inside out. From there the practice opens through the principle that everything in the universe moves in spirals: you are guided to let them unfurl through your toes, ankles, hips, and spine without fixing what they should look like.
The session moves through the full wave — from this rooted, spiraling flow into expansion and reach, then into building your strength and power before the crash of release.
