A Ride the Wave class with Tierra Karou organized around one practice: returning to and staying in the center of your own body, no matter how fast or strange the movement around you gets. You locate this center in the solar plexus — an inner sun around which everything else rotates — and train your mind to stay present there while life, music, and direction keep changing. From that solar base the practice builds outward: breath deepens, strength ripples through the body, and in the gotta-move phase you actively practice moving faster and slower than feels natural, changing direction and shape, discovering that when you're anchored in your core you can adapt to anything without losing yourself. The session closes in collective presence.
