The opening session of the Ride the Wave live class series, guided by Mariane Karou. You begin by dropping into your heart and belly, then move through a full wave cycle: flowing easy through your hips and lower spine, reaching out through your midline and ribs, powering up with a full breath cycle, and erupting into Gotta Move — the Splash where the wave crashes in all directions. The class includes a partnering practice where you learn to meet and be met, building strength through resistance and release, and a dance party before settling into a closing meditation. Throughout, you are guided back to one thing: feel your commitment right now, as a physical reality in your moving body.
