A flowing movement class that uses breath as the primary tool for cleansing, expanding, and generating vital energy. You begin at the base of your spine — the very tip of your tail — initiating a small ripple and letting it spread through your whole body without force or plan. Every extension, every shape your body takes, emerges from the breath already present inside the movement.
The practice teaches you to ride your breath rather than drive it: feeling into where you already are, initiating just a little more, and trusting the ripple to find its own pathway through your spine, ribs, pelvis, and limbs.
