A movement meditation that works through the four foundational emotions — fear, anger, sadness, and happiness — using breath and physical movement to make it safe to feel each one fully. You are guided to keep breathing and moving as you open to whatever is present, learning to find the middle ground between suppression and being flooded. Each emotion has its own texture: anger contacted in staccato breath and sound from the belly, sadness met with steady breath and room to feel, fear acknowledged and not abandoned, happiness practiced as a skill you can access. The aim is genuine emotional mobility — the capacity to feel, move through, and return to aliveness.
