You begin with Gotta Move breath — quick exhales through the mouth — to open your hips and unlock your jaw, which the practice treats as directly wired to your pelvis. As these areas soften and activate together, the breath deepens: all the way in to the very top, all the way out. Life force, in this session, is not something you generate but something you allow: by breathing fully into your belly, charging every cell, and letting your feelings and energy flow rather than collect.
