You begin by rooting your feet deep into the earth — feeling unmovable, like a mountain — while simultaneously expanding your energy container outward: two feet, five feet, twenty feet, then drawing it back close. From that grounded foundation you power up through breath, sound, and sustained effort, learning to oscillate between firm edges and open space so you can hold intensity without collapse.
The practice trains the long-game muscle: staying in the power-up state through discomfort rather than jumping out, finding your groove inside the marathon. You close by bringing the energy into partner contact — making eye contact with others in the room and letting your force field meet theirs.
