An Inner Rhythms meditation designed to develop your ability to observe and embrace sensation, settle the nervous system, and access the connection between softening and expansion. The practice opens with the reminder that your defences — the body's armoring system — can only melt when you feel safe, and that safety comes from your own loving attention. You are guided to notice where your body is already softening as you breathe, then to drop that awareness into the heart centre, holding all sensation there — comfortable and uncomfortable alike — without trying to fix or change anything. As you soften, expansion occurs naturally. The session widens to include every pore of the skin and the tissues of the throat, until your whole system is breathing, reorganising, and finding greater alignment from the inside out.
