A full Ride the Wave live class guided by Mariane Karou, moving through a shorter and then a longer wave, with commitment as the through-line. The practice opens by connecting to your heart and dropping attention into your hips and lower belly, then builds through flowing easy, reaching out through your ribs and elbows, and powering up — exploring where you need to be softer or firmer, slower or faster, to keep the wave building. A Gotta Move section asks you to find where in your body and your life you just have to move, not because you feel like it, but because it is needed. The session closes with a community circle and a closing meditation.
