You begin by sinking into the earth and noticing where breath is already expanding on the inhale and letting go on the exhale. Attention then moves through six specific locations — behind the eyes, along the jaw, at the base of the skull and top of the spine, inside the ears, through the palms of the hands, and into the arches of the feet — relaxing each one while staying connected to the continuous movement of breath.
