A reach-out practice with Tierra Karou exploring contact as nourishment. Working in mover and assister pairs, you alternate between initiating your own expansion — reaching out through all of your bones and tissues in every direction at once — and providing steady, grounded touch for your partner so that contact can ripple through their whole body. The assister stays rooted in their own feet and presence rather than trying to move or direct the mover; the mover opens to letting that touch spread like sunlight across the entire landscape of their body. Each round builds into more active expansion, using partner resistance to take yourself further than you would go alone, deepening your capacity to give fully and receive completely.
