A Mini Wave practice that begins in your feet — every pore of your skin on the soles, the heel, the arch, the ball — and builds from the ground up through your legs, knees, pelvis, and belly. You reach into the earth with your mind, opening energy channels that travel all the way up through your spine and out through your fingertips and the crown of your head. As you power up your breath and drop deeper into your lower belly, the session connects physical rootedness to something larger: the earth and its aliveness beneath you, reflected in the aliveness already in you. Courage here is not summoned but grown — from the ground, through the body, breath by breath.
