You begin by dropping into the spine and breathing through each vertebra from tailbone to crown, opening rivers of energy through your back body. From that deep interior, the practice moves outward: your ribs become the container that makes flow possible, and breath becomes the force that expands you from the inside out rather than reaching faster than you are connected.
The second half builds through partner work — pressing into each other's backs, meeting contact with your full strength, and practicing how to stay rooted in yourself while fully engaging another. You close by dancing with fluid power, letting your backbone be the source that sends energy through your whole body.
