Tierra Karou is a dynamic Dance Alive Movement Instructor & Coach with over 13 years of dedicated practice in Dance Alive. Passionate about infusing life with movement, she teaches "Ride The Wave" classes in Laguna Beach and co-leads "Ride The Wave" workshops in Los Angeles with Mariane Karou. With a rich background in Holistic Health, Kundalini Yoga, the Wim Hof Method, and more, Tierra applies the Dance Alive system to help clients achieve their goals with ease and vitality. Married to Ki Karou and a mother of two, she embodies the joy and resilience of movement in every aspect of her life.
