Your ribcage is the riverbank — the natural, living container that makes it possible for breath to move freely and fully through you. The practice begins there: feeling the ribs holding you, welcoming your breath flowing inside them, and letting movement emerge from that interior partnership rather than from effort or intention alone.
As the class deepens, you're invited to let go of who you've been in order to expand into what is here now — reaching further out from a more deeply felt inside, exhaling all the way out to make room for what's next. The class moves through strength-building and closes with free movement, carrying the quality of that contained flow into your whole body and day.
