A Ride the Wave class with Tierra Karou built around the mechanics of embodied relating — anchoring inside yourself so you can make real contact with others. You begin by dropping your full attention into your belly, letting your breath root you in place as your body begins to move. From that grounded center, you practice reaching outward: making contact with the people around you, feeling your impact, and sensing where your presence is landing.
The second half deepens the belly focus — learning to stay anchored in the movement of your own breath as you reach out through your arms, your feet, down into the earth. You close by practicing both sides of contact: initiating it and receiving it, building the foundational skill of relating from your source, not from the surface.
