A Ride the Wave class with Tierra Karou that begins in the feet — receiving the earth, opening through the soles, letting the ground nourish you before you ask anything of yourself. From that steady base, the breath deepens and expands, moving through the ribs and belly, through the thighs and pelvis, until your whole body is breathing and your life force is moving.
