You begin by noticing you are already letting go with every breath, then bring awareness into your midline — the full breathing canal from nostrils to pelvic floor. From there the practice moves into the eyes themselves, working with two modes: wide, spacious, macro attention and sharp, precise focus. You alternate between them, learning how much concentrated energy it takes simply to let go and allow the eyes to rest inside the eye sockets. The temples soften, the space behind the eyes opens into a sense of open, empty space, and ease becomes the guiding quality — training your system to operate with less effortful doing so that internal signals can be received and heard.
