Moving from our previous membership site

We're moving the streaming side of Dance Alive to a new home at membership.dancealive.com. If you have a Ride The Wave or Inner Rhythms subscription today, your access continues uninterrupted — here is exactly what to do.

Before you sign up

Sign-in to the new site uses your Mindbody account. We match you to your existing subscription by the email on file.

Please check your two emails:

• If the email you use on Ride The Wave or Inner Rhythms is the same as the email on your Mindbody account, you're all set — sign up at /signup and we'll recognize you automatically.
• If the two emails are different, please contact us BEFORE signing up. We'll coordinate the move so your trial date lines up with your existing subscription's renewal date.

If you don't have a Mindbody account yet, you can create one during sign-up. Use the same email you use on your existing subscription so we can find you.

How to make the move

1. Visit the sign-up page
2. Use the same email you have on Ride The Wave or Inner Rhythms
3. Pick a plan:
   • Movement if you had Ride The Wave
   • Meditation if you had Inner Rhythms
   • All Access if you had both
4. Connect your Mindbody account — see Linking your Mindbody account
5. Enter your card. You won't be charged until your existing subscription period ends — see Your trial date and your existing membership

What you'll see at checkout

When you reach the payment step, you'll see a banner confirming we recognized your existing subscription, along with the exact date your trial ends. You won't be charged until that date — no double billing.

What's different on the new platform

• Your trial-end date is set to match your existing subscription's renewal date — see Your trial date and your existing membership for the details.
• Watchlist, viewing history, and ratings don't transfer. You'll rebuild your My List on the new platform by tapping the + My List button on any class.
• Sign-in is via your Mindbody account only — single sign-on with your studio account.
• The new site works in any modern browser. To save it like an app on your phone, see Installing the app on your phone.

What's not changing

• Studio class bookings, in-studio access, and your Weekly class history all stay on Mindbody.
• Your Mindbody account stays the same — no separate password to remember.
