What happens when your trial ends
When your free trial ends: your card is charged, your plan starts, and your access continues.

Your free trial ends automatically. Here's exactly what happens.
When your trial ends
Your card is charged for the plan and billing cycle you picked at signup. Your membership transitions from "trialing" to "active" with no break in service. Your matching Mindbody pass keeps working too.
How to avoid the charge
If you don't want to be charged, cancel before your trial ends:
- Open Account from the avatar dropdown
- Tap Manage Subscription
- Pick Cancel subscription in the Stripe portal
Your access continues through the end of your trial, then ends. You won't be charged.
If the charge fails
If your card has expired or the bank declines, you'll get an email from us — delivered via Stripe — asking you to update your card. Until you do, your account access will be suspended.
Update your card via Manage Subscription to restore access immediately.
What changes after the trial
Nothing changes about what you can watch — the trial gives you the same access as a paying member. The only thing that changes is that your renewals start counting against your billing cycle.
