Switching plans or upgrading
How upgrades and downgrades work, and where to make the change.

You can move between Movement, Meditation, and All Access whenever you like, or switch between monthly and yearly billing. Here's how each direction works.
How to switch
- Sign in and open Account
- Under "Subscription", tap Change Plan
- Your Stripe subscription portal opens
- Pick the plan you want and confirm
Upgrades — immediate
If you upgrade to a more expensive plan (for example, Movement to All Access, or monthly to yearly), the change takes effect right away. The prorated difference between your old plan and the new plan is added to your next invoice — you're not charged again on the spot.
Downgrades — start of next billing period
If you switch to a less expensive plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current plan and its full access until then. No prorated credit is issued.
This is the standard streaming-membership model — same as how cancellation works.
Annual savings
Yearly billing saves you roughly 10% on Movement and Meditation and about 10% on All Access compared to paying monthly. The exact savings are shown on the plan picker.
If the change doesn't go through
If the new plan doesn't take effect when you expect it to, or the amount looks wrong on the next invoice, contact us and include the plan you tried to switch to.
