Payment methods and receipts
Update your card, find past charges, or sort out a failed payment.

All streaming-membership payment management happens through your Stripe subscription portal, reached from the Account page.
Update your payment method
- Sign in and open Account
- Tap Manage Subscription under the Subscription section
- In the Stripe portal that opens, tap Update payment method
- Enter your new card details
The change takes effect on your next renewal.
View past charges and receipts
The same Stripe portal shows your billing history under Invoices. Each entry is a downloadable PDF receipt.

Failed charges
If a renewal payment fails (most commonly because your card expired), you'll get an email from us — delivered via Stripe — asking you to update your card. To fix it sooner, follow the Update your payment method steps above and your subscription will retry automatically.
If your account access is suspended because of a failed charge, updating your card restores access right away.
