How to cancel your membership

You can cancel your Dance Alive streaming membership any time. Here's how, and what to expect.

Cancel your streaming membership

1. Sign in and tap your avatar in the top right, then Account
2. Under "Subscription", tap Manage Subscription
3. You'll open your Stripe subscription portal in a new tab
4. Pick Cancel subscription and confirm

Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the date your period ends, then your subscription stops.

If you think a charge is wrong (a duplicate, or you were charged after you cancelled), contact us and we'll investigate.

Workshops, intensives, and drop-ins

Streaming membership cancellation doesn't affect any one-off Mindbody purchases — workshops, intensives, or drop-in class passes are separate. Cancel those on Mindbody directly.
