Step-by-step checks to get playback working again.

If a class stalls, refuses to load, or shows a spinner forever, work through these in order.
Try this first
- Refresh the page
- Sign out (avatar dropdown → Sign Out) and sign back in
- Try a different browser — Chrome, Safari, or Firefox
Network checks
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or restart the router
- If you're on a VPN, disconnect and try again
- Pause any other large downloads or video streams on the same network
- Run a quick speed test at fast.com — anything below 3 Mbps will struggle
Device checks
- Close other browser tabs and apps to free up memory
- Restart your phone, tablet, or computer
- Update your browser to the latest version
