I can't sign in
Dance Alive uses Mindbody for sign-in. Reset your Mindbody password if you forgot it.

Sign-in to Dance Alive goes through Mindbody — you use the same email and password as you would at the studio. If sign-in is failing, it's almost always one of three things.
Forgot your password
Reset it on Mindbody's side: How to reset your Mindbody password.
Once you reset, come back to Dance Alive's sign-in page and tap Sign in with Mindbody again.
Wrong email
The email on your Mindbody account may be different from your day-to-day email. Try the email you used when you signed up at the studio.
Sign-in pop-up doesn't open
Some browsers block pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for dancealive.com, then retry.
Still can't get in
Contact us and include:
- The email you're trying to sign in with
- What you see when you tap Sign in with Mindbody (error message, blank page, redirect loop)
- The browser and device you're using
